I’ve heard so many great things about this hidden gem in Alliston, and today I finally got to check it out. I have to say, I’m impressed! This is hands down the best taco spot I’ve ever been to. The food was absolutely delicious, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the prices were more than reasonable. If you’re ever in Alliston, I highly recommend stopping by. You won’t be disappointed!

Mouth Watering, Mouth Numbing, Explosion of Orgasmic Flavour!!! If you love Mexican food this is THE PLACE TO GO! We can't stop talking about those tacos. Staff is friendly, the waitress is super knowledgeable on the food. Top notch restaurant We will be coming back again!

We shared a shareable appetizer (special of the day) and both got 2 tacos each. We were both very happy with everything and will definitely be back! Atmosphere is very nice with some very interesting art on the walls

Great atmosphere! Music & decor were so fun. Our server was on their own and didn't miss a beat. Attentive, not even remotely flustered & very pleasant. Extensive craft beer menu plus several available for takeaway. Cocktails were delicious, too. We had 3 different tacos each. They were loaded with fresh & creative flavours, and they were all excellent.

This was our first time here, recommended by a friend, and we were not disappointed. The service was great. Our server was very sweet and handling the front on her own very well. We had the papas fritas and added tinga to it. This dish was so delicious! We had a variety of tacos and none disappointed. The pollo frita taco was amazing!!! Finished off with the margarita cheesecake. Everything was reasonably priced. We will be returning!

Came here for dinner on a Thursday evening was surprised that it wasn’t too busy, but I hear this place fills up quickly. Dined here with two friends. We all ordered a little sampler of a few different kinds of tacos. I ordered the Beria taco and the fish taco my friends also tried a few of the other others The special for the day and we got the last ones were their empanadas that were amazing! I was told the margaritas were spectacular and that they were ordered the Spicy margarita and tried some of the local craft beers on tap. Our server was so good had a lot of knowledge of the menu and recommended some of her favorites. She was high energy and very accommodating. I wanna come back and eat here as soon as possible!

I love tacos, and the ones I had here might just be my favorite! They were incredibly flavorful without being greasy or soggy like you get at so many other places. The texture was perfect, and every bite was absolutely delicious. The server was also delightful, friendly and patient with my toddler. Highly recommend!

Taquerie El Norte is at the top of my must-eat places. The food is exceptional — fresh and delicious with wildly creative specials. The people are incredible and the service is fantastic — it even comes with the perfect amount of charm and cheek. And the vibe is unapologetically eclectic. The tequila wall alone is worth the drive, and the cocktail specials are pure art — who chars lemon slices before the weekend so Friday night’s elixir is perfect? Oh yah — the handcrafted margarita cheesecake I had was made by a local boutique bakeshop. You will not be disappointed. Even a trip to the loo impresses with the cheeky theme rooms.
